Yep

The people running the sport are out of touch with what the customer wants. They have it now to where those kind of premier OOC games are discouraged (playoffs) and the fans don't want to come bake in the heat for 4 hours watching their team curb stomp a directional school.

It gets easier and easier to consume the content without going to the game while at the same time they keep diminishing the value of the live games (high ticket prices, parking, traffic, endless tv timeouts, weak competition etc)

Damnit, I knew I should've been paying attention for possible fuckery. Had this on, saw that it was 42-17, and didn't think UCLAs QB could possibly mount a comeback.

It boggles the mind that you could put up 700+ yards of offense, 62 points, and STILL turn the ball over 6 times. Good lord. I would not have survived that game if it were OSU. Maryland was bad enough.

Yep.....have to hope ND loses another game or they are in the playoff again, on the "well they lost but they played a top SEC team close!!!" card.

The rest of their schedule is pretty dog crap.

Virginia is currently "ranked" based on being 4-0 alone, they barely beat a bad FSU team and needed to come from behind to beat OLD DOMINION

USC is probably the "best" team they have left, they seem up and down. Hung on to beat Fresno, lost to BYU, beat a ranked Utah team.

Michigan looks like a 6-6 to absolute best scenario 8-4 team that is going to get pummeled by anyone decent

Va Tech does not look very good

Stanford is trash.

Throw 4 schlubs (Bowling Green, BC, Navy, Duke) in as well.

Go USC? (ugh)

Double-edged sword:

1. If Notre Dame is in and we get to play them, then it's awesome

2. If Notre Dame bumps us out of the playoffs, then it totally sucks

If we get to play them, sign me up. That means we're either the number 1 seed (I can't believe Domers could rise above 4), or it means that we're playing them in the Championship Game!
