2019 Week 7 CFB Open Thread

The ACC is currently in shambles

On the plus side, I finally won my second upset.

Win-win
Bah, we wish the acc could rise to the status of shambles. Fsu is a nuclear dumpster fire, the Carolina schools don't care, Miami still hasnt recovered from their tresseling, vt is fading into pre beamer vt. And Clemson looks to be having a post nc hangover. The aac could easily argue to be a deeper and tougher conference this year.

I'm not sure why but I'm much more interested in this topic than that of SEC bias, etc..

I'm not sure if it makes me angry or simply find it hilarious that they're 100% going to put Clemson in the playoffs without knowing if they can hang with teams who are undefeated (or above .600). Will they be FL State circa 2014-2015?

As was the case last year, scUM beating ND would be a good thing. Some didn't figure that out last year, yucking it up while ND was winning.
This play kept Ohio State out of the 2015 Playoffs. However, it's still my second favorite play in the history of college football, right behind Holy Buckeye, and right ahead of 85 Yards Through the South:

Sometimes schadenfreude is just so worth it. Go Irish!

I wouldn't have it nearly that high on my list ... too many great Buckeye moments from Eddie to Haskins, and beyond.
... but I definitely feel this vibe.

It's enshrined in the top non-Buckeye plays, along with App State highlights.
