Ehhhh....they had put up 0 points through nearly 2 quarters until we lost our hybrid nickel slot/safety in Shaun Wade.

We aren’t even in that game ending situation of 4 plays, 94 yards if not for the ejection.

Think you’re being a bit dramatic honestly.....

Not only that but they are elite on offense so sometimes you'll lose a few series and unfortunately they just got the best of us.

I think when it mattered most we failed to stay aggressive on both sides of the ball.

In 2020 I am confident in getting to Indy barring Injuries or suspensions. We can win the Rose Bowl. Can we beat DABO AND TREVOR? That is the only question I have? Day will get the roster and coaches right.,he’ll prevent the meltdowns during the season. Can’t believe I just penciled in a 13 and 0 start? It’s great era to be a Buckeye fan. Revel in it.,Fuck Dabo

Looking back I disagree.

First trip: Bad series although who knows what happens is Dobbins doesn't slip on second down.

Second trip: First play to Hill should've been a TD if not for the Clemson DB literally pulling Hill's jersey off. KJ had several steps on him. On replay it's comical. Still wouldn't have mattered though if Fields delivers Dobbins a better pass.

Third trip: Absolutely caught Venables with his pants down on that screen Dobbins dropped.

Last trip: Probably would've been a TD had the miscommunication not happened.

I think you're overreacting with your last few posts. If anything, there was a fundamental breakdown that led to that 4 play TD drive. Especially that Lawrence long run, break down and Proctor tackle in space and it's a different set of downs. Fundamentals broke down at times and momentum swung heavily away from us when wade was ejected.

this. exactly this. I’m done with the Fiesta Bowl and I’m kinda tired of readinf about it in the 2020 thread. it sucks. nothing is changing. time to pull up our big boy pants and move forward.
