In my experience the kind of people who believe others have dead hookers in their trunks are the kind of people more likely to have dead hookers in their own.

and that's usually why they can spot the signs of others attempting to hide dead hookers before those with no dead hooker experience notice it.

Sloop, I will give this the merit it deserves - IOW, the same deference as your Sparty and St. Johns picks. :p

I'll admit.

I have absolutely no idea what the hell you're talking about, but Smoov does...so I'm just going to assume it's a southern thang.

FWIW, if Marquette finishes and Illinois tops UNLV, all I need is the favs to win out and I'll be tied for first in the BP pool. :wink2:

Understood. However, it's a little hypocrytical to ridicule people that believe the former while accepting the latter without any evidence to prove either.

It is equally hypocritical to question the loyalty of those who believe the latter while accepting the former without any evidence to prove either. Not saying you've done it, but it's been done.

Some folks seem to think blindly accepting the press conference is testament to one's loyalty to the [strike]university[/strike] football team, and anyone who questions its contents is less of a fan (even if they actually graduated from the school and contribute to it every year).

Until I hear an explanation that makes sense, I'm going to question what I've been told. The "I didn't know what to do" defense insulted my intelligence. Jim Tressel is not stupid. I'm not either. Just tell me the truth.

one has to wonder if these guys have ruined one of the greatest traditions of the football team/university. i cant imagine kids now actually receiving their gold pants as students. in fact, the reality is they probably blew it for every student athlete. i cannot see the university giving student athlete their rings during their time as s-a in the near future anytime soon. likely will from now on be held in trust until after they are no longer eligible, probably the biggest disappointment of all of this...
i think we can safely say that with the 2010 gold pants currently "held in trust" this is the reality, contrary to many peoples perception at the time of this statement.
