(5) THE Ohio State vs. (4) Nebraska, Fri 3/14 @ 2:00p ET, ESPN

Really bad possessions at the end of the half--Craft airballs an ill-advised three, Thompson misses a fadeaway jumper, Ross shot fakes and takes one dribble and then hoists a three with a guy in his face, and then Craft's drive at the buzzer.

A lot of wasted possessions today, between the bad shots and the turnovers.

Started well, but Nebraska owned the last several minutes. Too many turnovers (9) and the poor shooting from downtown continues (1-8).

Must get back to how we opened the game, passing inside as opposed to trying to drive or shoot threes.

From an 8 point lead to 3 down at the half. Buckeyes shooting 50% from the field, but still ice-cold from the 3 point range (12%, 1 of 8).

Bucks were outscored 22-12 in the second quarter and need to turn that momentum around. The better shooting is encouraging, but they need to open the middle by hitting a few threes.

Easier said than done when the other team doesn't have to defend the three point line.
Yeah, as much as we don't want our guys to throw up bombs it does make it tough to get inside. I'd still like to see our guys take a couple dibbles and shoot pull up jumpers rather than try to bull rush the rim. I hear people say 2 point jumpers are bad shots but if you can get a decent look it's better than throwing up a prayer.

Frankly, I'd like to see the three point line moved back to create more space.
