Tenn played tough all night.

Diebler was off and couldn't get open.

The referees hurt us more than they helped us, especially by knocking our best defender out for a large part of the game.

All that said, it was a good game and a great season. Matta does a good job with all that he has lost the last four years. However, if he had lost ET, this thread wouldn't exist.

Did that edit help, Buckeyemania? However, we all know that's how it will eventually be spun before too long. The sports media is in love with that conference. With that phrase I take a "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" outlook. It will be another "the B10 lost to the superior SEC conference." Gah, I just want them to somehow not have even one team win a bowl next year and for none of them to make it past the second round of next year's tourney. Two years of that (maybe three will be needed) and hopefully the media ends the lovefest. Okay, slightly off-topic rant is over.

A: Definetly looked like Lighty got fouled on that last 3 attempt...however, what a horrible look on both shots.

B: Williams (the fat Tennecheat guy) is a thug. Constantly elbowing guys and dirty play.

C: Horrible officiating. Seriously. Went both ways but we can't afford to have Lighty, our best defender, out most of the 1st half for ticky tack fouls and because Tennecheat thug Williams pushes him into another player. If it ISNT getting called both ways, ok. However, we do not have the depth for calls to go both ways. Lighty being out and playing with foul trouble all game killed us defensively...the refs DID dictate some of the game.

D: Look back up at C...yes, it was bad. However, we got killed on the boards and looked as lethargic going after a rebound as last year. I love Madsen, I truly do but he just didn't get it done. When Lauderdale was in, it was no better, as he was way late on helping with Chism. So...we lost this game.

E: I broke my remote after the no call...shattered. Admittedly, that is the first time I've literally broke something due to a sporting event (in anger anyways). Bad night. However, I loved watchin these guys play and that is the most disappointing thing; not getting to see them play again. Good run guys. :osu:

Welcome to the club. Thankfully I had an extra dish remote on hand.

Couple nice black marks on my wall from where my wallet rather forcefully hit the wall.

I hate to rag on Madsen too much, he sure had some big moments in the B10 tourney. Its easy to rip a guy after a tough loss, but he has been solid off the bench for most of the year.

We were on our heels the entire game. Even when we had a big lead early, I was uneasy. With that said, I've never seen a set of zebras control a game the way those guys did tonight. Makes me sick to my stomach. Either let them play, or call the fouls. This back and forth shit is unreal.

All night I had to hear "OSU can't beat the SEC, oh wait that's football, har har har"

So this ones for all you UT/SEC fans-
Instead of riding the coattails of teams like UF and Bama.....go f**k yourselves or your cousins, or sisters, or farm animals and while you're at it, try beating someone decent in the SEC yourself.....hell just beat Wyoming.
