A coach's recruiting doesn't take full affect until his second or third year. OU has enough great recruiters on its staff anyway. The problem is they haven't had a great gameplanner on defense in over 15 years.

Anyways we’ll see what happens with Grinch.. I hope he shows up in Dallas on whatever weekend that is and smacks Herman and beck around.. rest of the season I do not care... See you in the playoffs sometime real soon :)

My questions as a recruit would be:

1. Why should I go to a school that hasn't been able to recruit a single NFL quality DB in two years?

2. Isn't your job to DEVELOP NFL quality players? Wouldn't I be better off going to a school that already had such players that I could learn from rather than a school where I need to do the teaching?

3. Last year was the first time in 4 years that OSU has not had a DB drafted in the first round. Precisely what was your role in making that happen?
