Nash, Stoudamire both on All-NBA first team

NEW YORK (AP) - Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash was a unanimous selection to the All-NBA team and was joined by teammate Amare Stoudemire.

Dallas forward Dirk Nowitzki, San Antonio forward Tim Duncan and Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, the league's leading scorer, rounded out the first team, announced Wednesday by the league.

Actually, it should have been Chris Bosh or Lebron James. But I get your point.

I'm baffled by how Lebron could lead the Cavs to the second-best record in the East, but he's left off the first team because of the perception that he was saving himself for the playoffs.

Maybe Dirk should have saved himself for the playoffs.

:(
What else is he suppose to do. Should have been Duncan, Nowitski, Lebron, Kobe and the MVP winner Nash.

Not sure that would of been my first team...

Here are the 2nd and 3rd teams:

2nd team
LBJ
Gilbert Arenas
Tracy McGrady
Yao Ming
Chris Bosh

3rd team:
Dwyane Wade,
Chauncey Billups
Kevin Garnett
Carmelo Anthony
Dwight Howard

No Boozer on any of the teams is very suprising...

The karma Gods are still watching. If the Jazz beat the Warriors, expect a severe ACL tear.

 That would be too funny. And I agree that list is horse shit. How could Lebron be left off that 1st Team? Just because his team actually contributed this season and he did not have to do everything himself? Complete bullshit. I

That third team is kind of nasty.

I think it's amazing that a player can average 27/6/6 and underperform and not be one of the five best players in the league.

It's fucking ridiculous I tells ya!

Hopefully this serves as a little motivation when Lebron faces off against Nash and Amare in the Finals...

I think the problem was that some people insist upon voting based upon position. I really don't see any reason why you can't have 5 guards on the first team if they are the five best players in the league. Lebron is easily one of the top five in the league no question about that. I also think he suffered unfairly from the belief that he comes up small in big games or at the end of games.

I think this is great..

Can't be any more motivational than to know you fell to the JV squad...
so you might feel you need to show your stuff in the playoffs...

Yee haaaaaaaa... kick ass LBJ
