Western Canada has a distaste for liberal Eastern Canada and got Harper elected so it's all good bro. BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan are all in the same ball park.

true but. that is like telling lsu, florida, bama, auburn and georgia fan they are the same. while it maybe true it is not gonna earn friends.

canada is a lot like the us with a rust belt, grain belt, left coast and big city east along with those who are out of touch with the world (pei). shall we discuss the canadain shield and the determinental factors in driving canadian population densities? similar to the 98th here in the us.

Your fatal flaw is assuming I'm going to differentiate between a bunch of Canucks. Just like the SEC, all these mofos are bunch of white mofo's that I don't give a god damn about.

when in doubt just remember that the whl is divided into 4 div. EASTern conf- east, central, WESTern confernece- bc, and us. keep in mind only one team (cranbrook) is not based on geography. granted brandon is alos out of whack but it is further east in manitobe but in far west manitoba not in saskatchewan like the other eastern teams. the central teams are all alberat (minus cranbrook) the others are the bc div are all from bc and the us are all in washington and one in oregon.

now if you want to talk teams lets talk teams, i mean im partial to the kamloops blazers but some guys go for the medicine hat tigers or red deer rebels, maybe the regina pats is more your style who knows maybe you like the calgary hitmen or even the tri city americans a lot of guys like the moose jaw warriors...

if that doesnt get you unstuck bring up the four broncos mem trophy or the doug wichenheiser, maybe the air bc, or even the brad horung, or the ed chynoweth...

nash is from the london knights of the ohl, he played in london two years before that he played for toronto of the gthl, he grew up in brampton, on (near toronto). the jackets should trade nash to the leafs for six pack of labatt and three hockey pucks since he sucks. granted pencil him in on the left wing on the first line next to mats the day the worthless player is traded to the acc...

crosby played for rimouski of the q for two years and before that shattuck in the ushs. the q is for sissies, no defense and the paper tigers who speak french and hide behind visors. sid is a sissy who turtles and is from nova scotia...

Come on Negro, the Canadian leagues that give us Crosby and Nash? What are they? Are they the equivalent of AAU ball for Hoopsters? What are they in American sports terms? AAU, Triple A baseball? Where does a young baller end up in Cananada?

how young? like bantam draft young?

kids leave home in their teens. they play for a club then in the bantam draft theyll go to a chl (canadian hockey league) that has the q (quebec hockey league-eastern areas) the ohl (ontario hockey league) and the whl (western hockey league, the one discussed above). this is a complicated system that invoves the ppl (protected player lisit) kids who are 14-15 and this is a change from past when peeweefirst year bantams (12-13) arent their any more. the 08 draft allowed 93 births. the chl import draft is in june.

so basically somewhere between 12 and certainly by 16 you leave home to live with your billet family (host family). some kids like nash will be lucky and will go from brampton to toronto to london (all within 90 mins or so for the family).

chl>aau.

granted keep in mind sidney crosby still lives with super mario. that is also the norm for the young rookies in the nhl to live with the captain. granted that doesnt work as well when you C is 24... jake and brass live in an apartment and mason is holed up in a hotel still.
