The virtual waiting room and the procedures after it was ridiculous. You had to put in your offer code twice, could not select best seats so the system would do it for you but had to literally pick your seat and most times would come back that they were already taken. I tried to give $ to the university for "Pay Forward" but then it asked me how I would like to receive tickets. No matter what method I chose the system told me that i can't select that delivery method due to the "pay forward" donation. I couldn't delete or refresh the page, go back so I had to log out and log back in. This ticket bot security is ridiculous since you can only purchase 2 games and a limited amount at that depending in or out of conference. It is obvious nobody user tested this application as I was kicked out and couldn't get back in "as something went wrong". I ended up logging out and back in and scored some tickets but the process is broken.

Just glad I was not alone. I probably logged in and out 100 times. I got tickets as well but I wasted over an hour in the process. I finally used an incognito session thinking maybe the cookies was screwing it up. That worked first try. May have been coincidence since I can now log in no problem but anyway. BOOO! All that for 12C Row 41. LOL There weren't even good seats available.

There seemed to be less seats available as compared to previous years. Might have something to do with the all the flex packages they (ticket office) was peddling about a month ago....

100% Agreed.
I missed the sale last year (another *glitch* where they never sent me the email) but the year before there were all kinds of C deck seats and many A for lesser games. This year, even FL Atlantic only had sporadic C-deck seats on the ends and even that was very limited. Basically, just B and D was really available.

Process was horrible. You would think by now ticketmaster would have this figured out. Twice I got to the confirm page and the site stopped responding. Then another time the screen froze on the payment page. Ended up with two seats in C12 for the Wisky game.

Looks like they didn't stress test the system nor looked at load balancing. Borrowing from Urban...."what a clown show!"

I think Ticketmaster has it figured out. They have no competition so no need to spend money on improvements when they know no matter what they do people will buy the tickets and pay their ransom of a fee...for nothing.
