Another Reason Why Our Legal System Sucks

Most states have a statute that says if a person refuses to take a BAC test, their license will be suspended for one year (ALS suspension). Problem is, any judge can over-rule that suspension, and even if they don't, almost all judges will allow at least driving priviledges for work or school.
