With the Buckeyes losing their top two receivers to the NFL Draft, there is no doubt that incoming freshman Austin Mack could have an instant impact at Ohio State. Mack, who Ohio State has considered the best wide receiver in the conference, has really been an under the radar prospect this year, while finishing his high school career at Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne Indiana.

24/7 Sports has the Ohio State commit ranked as the 10th best wide receiver in the class of 2016. Scout believes he’s the 12th best among his 2016 peers. ESPN has Austin Mack ranked lower than anyone else as 31st on their list of receivers in 2016.

No matter what media thinks, Austin Mack has been out to prove this week that he is a name that defensive backs will have to deal with right away in Columbus.

Mack has had a great week during practices this week for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday in San Antonio.

Sanjay Kirpalani and Damon Sayles broke down Mack’s presence this week on VSporto’s Recruitniks.
