It's hard to judge Hazell, Wilson, or Beckman imo.
But I see some potential at least with the first two. Don't see anything at all with Beckman.
Wilson would've gone bowling this year if not for losing their starter, and the 2nd and 3rd guys jumping ship in the Summer.
Hazell finally found a half decent QB halfway through his 2nd year and they started looking better.
But succeeding at any of those 3 is like asking for a miracle at this point.
People could arguably add Northwestern to that list.
Ferentz should be gone. On the whole of his career, I could agree with 6... but right now he's finished. That program is going the way of the 3 aforementioned under his watch.
I'm not impressed with Flood, but his record is respectable at Rutgers. Better than Edsall, Riley, Chryst, and Ferentz in the same time period - better overall record, better conference record, more bowl appearances, and same number of bowl wins with Riley&Chryst (1 each.)
