Baltimore Orioles (3x World Series Champions)

161 million doesn't buy what it used to.

You know what's even worse?

They signed Davis to this stupid deal, they signed guys like Ubaldo to a stupid deal (thankfully over) and they signed Mark Trumbo who is always hurt to a stupid deal but claimed they didn't have the money to even give Machado an offer. The money from the Davis and Trumbo deals covers what Machado is making plus some and unlike Davis and Trumbo, Machado came up through the Orioles system. Yes he's a punk and has maturity issues, but still....he's a top-6 player in the MLB.

That is a 100+ loss team if I've ever seen one.

Villar and Mancini are your 3 & 4 hitters, Cashner is your OD starter? Woof.

That's 1982 Reds bad
Has to be one of the worst major league lineups in recent memory. It’s barely passable as a minor league roster.
4-1, of course.
They haven't won since....
There’s a good chance they just won 10% of their games in the first week.
Checking in around the halfway point...

12 weeks since that 4-1 start and the O's have won just 18 of their next 75 games (1.5 wins/week). 22-58. Brutal.

The sad part is, Mancini and Villar haven't been too awful (and Dwight Smith Jr was a pleasant surprise for the first two months of the season) but my God the pitching has been historically awful and I think my 9 year old could hit a homer off of them. I KNOW my 11 year old could
