I would be SHOCKED if TB is used in this game (injuries aside). I agree with you wholeheartedly, and highly doubt that Boeckman will see a snap if Zwick is able to take the field.

Sloops, even if Zwick got hurt I would not burn Boeckman's red shirt just for this game...no way. If we lose with walk-on QBs at the helm, so be it...you don't throw away a year's worth of eligibility for an all-but-meaningless game.

Yeah, but what walk-ons do we have? Is there anybody on the depth chart that even remotely possibly could step in? I don't think there is.

I don't think this game is meaningless. A bowl game is a bowl game. Thirteen years with John Cooper taught me to appreciate bowl wins. I want this win badly, and would like to see us end the year on a good note. Especially with a big year ahead of us in '05.

To me, I agree with you 100%. I would hate to have to burn TB's redshirt in a pinch. However, if Zwick gets hurt, I would definately put him in there. I don't think its the end of the world, tho': remember, we have a great prospect in Schoenhoft coming in next year, and will have four QBs on the roster with a combined total of 12 years of eligibilty remaining at the start of '05.
