in fairness, for a college who enabled rape. stopping at "knocking them right in the face" is a pretty significant improvement in a rather short period of time. in fact, this statement alone is likely why the ncaa stated they will not impose state penn level sanctions. i think its pretty clear based on her quote alone that significant positive change has already occurred.

Well, there is the lack of a sentencing guideline in NCAA jurisdiction, but this sounds a bit like going easy when it's raping women as opposed to bare knuckles when it's raping young boys. Considering the number of victims and the obvious collusion between the school's president, Ken Starr, the AD and the coach - considering what was done to Jim Tressel and Ohio State for lying - this is a program that ought to get the death penalty.

i feel like your being unfair here. they are clearly past raping women, but have moved into a more punching people right in the face territory. which if we remember, once the mutants in state penn "understood" that raping children was naughty the ncaa dropped most of their punishments. its pretty clear if they are just punching people in the face they already "get it".

then you bring up truly heinous crimes such as selling things you literally own for money. then using that money to purchase fully legal items. im starting to doubt you understand the difference between right and wrong in general...

Baylor moves to dismiss lawsuit claiming 52 rapes over 3-year period

Baylor has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit claiming 31 football players committed 52 rapes over a 3-year period from 2011-14. The school is citing the expiration of the statute of limitations and that the allegations do not meet the level of “deliberate indifference,” according to the Waco Tribune-Herald.

The suit was initially filed in late January who anonymously claimed she was raped by then-Bears football players Tre'Von Armstead and Shaymichael Chatman in 2013. Armstead and Chatman have both been indicted for that incident. Armstead was arrested earlier this month in Las Vegas in charges of resisting arrest in addition to the 2013 case.
