I'm not too crazy about the pizza here in Ohio. Most of the places that people rave about serve cardboard squares and I think it's disgusting.

My favorite here is Flying Pizza. Hole in the wall, but good. They have one in Columbus, but I think the one in Centerville is better.

Sorry but for all the different types of pizza I've had Columbus style is probably my lease favorite. Don't get me wrong I love Donotos every once in a while, but why does every bar/restaurant in the 614 have to copy it? I'd much rather have some Lou Malnati's or something cooked in a brick oven.

We would get Flying Pizza at work at least once a week when I worked at Wright Patterson.

We have a joint here in Bellevue called Roman Coin that makes THE best pie I've ever had. It's called an Over/Under Pizza...it's a spicy marinara, then slathered with cream cheese, mozz, and romano with your choice of ham or pepperoni on a deep dish crust. Fucking mouth-watering. Messy as hell, and you have to eat it with a fork. Fuck, I think I'm getting one tonight.

SKULL SESSION: REMEMBERING THE RUFUS VS. BRUTUS MASCOT FIGHT, CAMERON BROWN SAYS HE'S THE FASTEST IN THE NATION, AND AN UNDERGROUND COLUMBUS PIZZA SHOP

SPEAKEASY, BUT PIZZA?
Columbus' newest pizza... endeavor(?) – for lack of a better term – has me puzzled, fascinated, and starving.

Let me introduce you to Wizard of Za.

First off, the pizza looks ungodly delicious, which is without doubt the most important part. It's also Mark Pantoni and Brian Hartline endorsed, And historically, things (or athletes) who they think are good do turn out to be, in fact, good.

In this case, they didn't have to dig too hard. This is a can't-miss five-star pizza.

The Instagram page makes me want to start lick my damn computer screen. The dude drizzles something called "hot honey" on the pizza, and I'd believe you if you told me it was liquified cocaine. All in all, I would commit numerous crimes for a slice of this pizza.

However, the business model is... different.

That sounds simple enough, but I've heard unconfirmed reports that the waitlist is currently 1,200 people long, putting your expected delivery date at somewhere around four years from now.

All in all, this seems like both the most amazing and most atrocious marketing plan I've ever heard. On one hand, I'm far more intrigued than I've ever been about a new pizza place, but on the other, there's no way for me to acquire this pizza so it does not matter how intrigued I am.

But, best of luck and hopefully I will try it one day!

Anybody here actually had pizza from this place?

If I'm reading the guy's Twitter account correctly, seems he's opening a brick and mortar store in the next couple of months. Looks like excellent guerilla marketing to build a following. Crossing my fingers he does well once he scales up as I love seeing success like this!
