Any "Best Pizza" discussion, is not complete without a mention of Coccia House Pizza in Wooster, Ohio. The best pizza I have EVER had, and probably will ever have; and it's not even close.

"Established in 1958 and family owned and operated, Coccia House Ristorante-Pizzeria is a full-service restaurant offering Italian and American dinners and specials, featuring legendary homemade pizza, made fresh daily, homemade pasta and sauces, center cut pork chops, fresh seafood, daily specials and more.

Full menu carryout and full service bar, with extensive wine list, is available. Open 5pm, closed Tuesday, Sunday pizza carry out only"

Probably Fly Pie for pizza around campus, but there's quite a few quality options.

Something I haven't seen listed yet is Bottom's Up pizza in downtown Richmond. They have some really great plain pepperoni or some more off the wall choices. I suggest their crab cake pizza.

Adriatico's and Catfish Biff's on campus, at least in the mid-2000s.

NJ, to many to count.

My adopted hometown? Slightly prefer Malnati's over Geno's East, probably because Lou is literally 500 feet from where I stay, as opposed to a 10 minute walk. Really, this is like NJ where the mom & pop stores will be fine.

East side of Cleveland growing up? Mama Santa's...Italian Cafe, end of the blue line on the RTA.

Santarpios is East Boston is dangerous, greasy goodness. Still made in the same ovens for over 100 years. No menus, and you don't ask questions to the old school former boxer waiters.

The one on Rt 1 in Peabody is top notch, too. I like their sausage and pepper with a glass of the house wine.

Fly Pie BEFORE the original owner sold it or after? That place has gotten gradually worse since the original owner sold it to "Pizza Pat."

I'll just vote for variation, overall. I liked Two Boots in the village, and the typical "good" ones in NYC. Nothing sticks out from Boston.

In C-Bus there are a ton of different ones which I like-- there isn't one "style." Well, other than that pizzas are big on cheese and toppings here.

Random Catfish Biff's story: I lived in Smith Hall and had longer hair at the time, a bit longer than He-Man length. I was poor and on a dare I went to Catfish Biff's during "block party" with my hair all poofy and blow dried, wearing a floral wide collar woman's 70s shirt and yellow polyester bell bottoms. The whole dare was of course to not get my ass kicked during the festivities of the night.

I think I made all of two bucks and a free slice of pizza, but it was worth it.
