How about the coach as CEO and management style

I really do not know coach Tressel's style or approach to management albeit he is the CEO of the football program. I simply have a hard time gauging this from watching a game. It does not necessarily tell me how he interacts with staff and young people and what kind of input he seeks. It does appear at times he micromanages, but appearances can be deceiving without personally knowing the man. My background has been in health care and I focused my education toward managing health care. I personally like to surround myself with bright and talented people and let them go to work. Of course, I also want them to act accordingly in within the guidelines. You might tackle an issue and go through the processes in a different manner but as long as there is a positive end result I really do not care how you do it. However, Jim T is also a student of the game and wants to continue to use his offense and defense to benefit the talent he currently has on staff and player roster. I believe he has "hand picked" which football coaches and programs to visit in the off season in order to best utilize the new shot-ginn offense. That shows someone who is willing to evolve and change approach to the game. Consequently, imo that shows a man who is willing to evolve in grow in leadership.

How tough is it to get into Duke's online program? How long is the program? Is it an actual MBA, an EMBA, or some type of "certificate of completion" but not an accredited MBA?

Is there a big difference between an MBA and EMBA? Does an EMBA have the "executive" wording or is the degree the same? Is there any difference if a person does an MBA part-time? Is a part-time program the same as the regular program except for the length of time to complete.

Long story short... my company will pay for 80% of my MBA (up to a certain amount of money then it covers 50% after that). If I go to tOSU I get 50% off (my wife works for them)... I figure It should be free (if I get both to cover the total nut) or 90% off (50% off, then 80% off the remander...ie $1.00 cost would be reduced to $0.50... that $0.50 would have an 80% off dropping the total cost to $0.10)... I'm considering taking our employers up on the offer...
