BPRT's Class of 2015 Recap

My $.01
It would be my $.02 if I knew what I was talking about.

Earliest impact
: Cornell. Position of need and he should more physically ready to contribute than most.

Most star potential: Prince. Prototypical left tackle prospect and I think he has a good chance of reaching his potential.

Surest thing: Hilliard. With his combo of physical and mental traits I'd be very surprised if he's anything less than an all-conference linebacker.

Most upside: Gibson. Potential 1st round pick at 2 positions. Hard to have more upside than that. I am admittedly more high on him as a QB than most people, but I don't see how he is a worse prospect than a guy like Mariota at the same age.

Biggest reach: Denzel Ward. Don't see much more than a special teamer when I watch his tape.

Sleeper: Dre'Mont Jones. Would not be shocked if he turned out to be the best defensive player in this class.

Biggest surprise: Prince. Position of need and I didn't think we'd end up with his signature.

The One Who Got Away: Beckner. Position of need, a guy with star potential, and I thought we'd reel him in once we got him on campus late in the process.

Class lacks: High end talent in the secondary and at defensive tackle.
