With the browns likely getting the second or third pick of the draft who do you think they will take...

Some Choices

D'Brickashaw Ferguson OT UVA
Derrick Johnson OLB Texas
Antrel Rolle DB Miami
Ahmad Brooks LB Virginia
Aaron Rodgers QB Cal
Cedric Benson RB Texas

If i had to choose I think they go with Rolle, or trade down...
 
There is no chance they will take Rolle. First off, we already have Henry and McCutheon(sp?). Second off, Butch Davis is gone and so is the love for Cryiami football. Ferguson seems like the best choice, but Rodgers also is very tempting. I wouldn't be suprised if they trade down.

I would trade down, and then take the best o-lineman available with the first pick. If it is a guard, fine. If it is a tackel, then Verba can move to guard.

They also need d-lineman, a stud linebacker, a stud safety.

I would also like to see a top notch free agent o-lineman.
They need 2 new starters on the o-line. I don't want 2 rookies to be starting.

there's no point in taking a player like Mike Willimas if you don't have someone to get him the ball. Trade Down and get some quality players that can start and contribute on a regular basis. Drafting in the top 5 has been a curse for the Browns since they came back.... they have not gotten their moneys worth out of any of their high draft picks.

tempted to say... trade every pick away for proven linemen... even if you have a great QB... and great WRs... nothing matters (as we know WAY TOO WELL) if the OL is a sieve...

Actually Henry's a FA after the season and as of right now actually most fans expect them to pick Antrel. My preference would be Brooks or Johnson though..

quality FA OL are hard to come by. Cleveland will at most sign one, if they are lucky. they need at least 3 OL. They need two new guards and a LT. Tucker at RT is solid, but this will be his 9th or 10th year coming up, so he isnt exactly a spring chicken anymore.
