Yep. In watching Pearl on ESPN, there always was some built-in animosity to osu and/or Craft. Sad, for a purported man of his age.

I know a lot of folks who went to college and didn't care about sports. Pearl was out of line if - as it appears - he just barged into a random class and disrupted the education that those students were there for (many of whom were paying for the class no doubt). It's not a lengthy disruption of course, but it was a rude and inconsiderate thing to do to some of those students if they were just there for the class. Maybe the video was a hoax and it's all just a marketing thing for the scrimmage but that is not entirely clear.

My sophomore roommate was basically kidnapped during our English class by has frat brothers. Three guys came in and carried him out of the class room. Yes, there was yelling and fighting. But the class went on as soon as the door closed. And Fuck Bruce Pearl.

So now Bruce Pearl is a great coach again because his team is in the Final Four? The three staff members let go due to the FBI investigation ... oh, wait that was just a year and a half ago. Pearl didn't cooperate with the school's investigation, yet months later after Auburn won the SEC he winds up with a contract extension. Pearl is the epitome of college corruption.

Supposedly Teddy Greenstein wrote a fluff piece on Pearl just today. I didnt read it myself but got the drift from Twitter. The same man in Pearl who expected the NCAA to believe he couldn't recognize his own house in a picture. The media needs to do nothing but hammer the corrupt coaches until something major changes.
