This kid is hitting 502 ft HR's and hes a 15 year old Soph in High School. I would be willing to bet he's the #1 overall pick in a few years.

No doubt that the kid can hit the shit out of a baseball, but that was also with metal bats. Imagine if they had a HR Derby in MLB where they let pros use metal bats. Could you imagine somebody like Gary Sheffield hit baseballs with a metal bat?

At first I thought the same thing, but then I thought to myself, "Dude, he's 15." Kid has a sweet, sweet swing.

I'm not doubting the kids talent at all. Metal bats do make a ton of difference, but 502 feet for a 15 year old is insane. I'm just saying what if the MLB had a HR derby with aluminum bats it would be crazy. I think you would have to do the contest in total distance and not # of HR's.

I think it's Rick Vaughn. I guess he can throw 102 MPH. Just has some control issues.

What'd he use to cut his hair? A Veg-O-Matic?

"Do you want to manage the Indians this year?"

"I don't know...I got a guy on the other line about some white walls, let me call you back"

Gary Sheffield is the best you can come up with? Think about roided McGwire swinging a metal bat, or sober Josh Hamilton, now those are guys that I would want to see swing with a metal bat.

Let me go on to say I'd also be in favor of seeing Ted Williams, Hank Arron, Joe DiMaggio, Roger Maris and even Babe Ruth swing a light-weight, compressed gas filled, metal baseball bat. Would be incredible to see what anyone of them could do.
