Unless there was a credible threat of weapon involved or some kind of follow-up antagonizing, I don’t understand this situation. Drunken threats/fights at off-campus apartment parties are just standard procedure in college. Keep it moving.

He must have messed with the wrong LA lawyer’s sons.

Indeed but I see it in my kids schools, if the wrong person wants to press the issue and say they are scared (and all the variations of that) then the system can come down hard.

It almost has no choice but to do so.


Need to know a lot more here.

Sadly, and I’ll be the first to admit it's not fair, the perception or potential issues with the attached baggage makes him a no-go here — I would hope. Totally not fair, but is what it is.

I wish the kid nothing but luck wherever he lands, of course anywhere my tsun.
