Fantasy BuckeyePlanet Fantasy Football - Keeper League (R.I.P.)

I have spent time figuring out teams by going back through this thread as I await desert buckeye's team name. I know who the second team out was so @Fungo Squiggly give me your email address and I will assign you his team. I also know who the third team out was so @LovelandBuckeye I have assigned you his team already since you PM'ed me your email address. That leaves two teams left to figure out. One of the keepers teams, Da Bums, has a picture of the Cleveland Browns helmet as an avatar. The other team not returning has a BP handle of Bengals and Bucks, so I am assuming B and B wouldn't be a Browns fan but I have seen stranger things! I am pretty sure it was Da Bums that got screwed in the keepers department during the draft last year so I guess if that is @desert_buckeye I would be surprised he is one of the returning players, you must really love fantasy football if that is the case! @bigdog3300 please go ahead and PM your email address to me so that I can assign your team as well once it is available. Keeper deadline is now two weeks away...

We have all ten teams in and ready to go. Reminder, the keeper deadline is Sun Aug 26 3:00am EDT.

This will be the draft order for the draft on Tue Aug 28 8:45pm EDT. The order will be based on the playoff outcome from last season, then in order of the newcomers joining the league:

First pick: EZmotherfu#kinE (@TooTallMenardo)
Second pick: Da Bums (@desert_buckeye)
Third pick: Zeke and Destroy (@MD Buckeye)
Fourth pick: Logjammin' (@brodybuck21)
Fifth pick: Boogs (@boogs03)
Sixth pick: Applachia Moonshine (@Ahiacitian)
Seventh pick: Mad Titans (@BuckeyeNation27)
Eighth pick: Team Fungo (@Fungo Squiggly)
Nineth pick: Unleash the Dragon (@LovelandBuckeye)
Tenth pick: Rodney Ruxin (@bigdog3300)

Unfortunately, I can't go back and find keeper information past last season, so I am moving forward with this being the second year of the league rules of the 3 year keeper max. As a reminder, even if you are a new manager this season, if you kept a player that was also kept last season by the previous manager, it still counts towards the 3 keep limit. Below are the league's keepers, cost, and number of seasons kept (max being 2). All of the keeper information has been added to Yahoo as well as the draft order.

David Johnson will take 11th pick and I would have one more year to keep him if I wanted to next season. Correct?
