  • The Ohio State baseball team continued their winning ways with a 3-game sweep of Bethune Cookman College this weekend.. With the wins, the Buckeyes stretched their win streak to 7 games.

    Game 1

    COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Junior left-handed pitcher Tanner Tully tossed a season-high eight innings behind a strong defensive performance to guide the Ohio State baseball team to a 6-2 win over Bethune-Cookman Friday night at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. With the victory, the Buckeyes extend their win streak to five in a row and improve to 17-7-1, while the Wildcats drop to 11-16 in 2016.

    Game 2

    COLUMBUS, Ohio - Craig Nennig didn’t mind the erratic weather. The senior shortstop registered a career-high six RBI on three hits to lead the Ohio State baseball team to an 11-2 win over Bethune-Cookman on a windy, frigid and sometimes sunny and snowy Saturday afternoon at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. With the victory, the Buckeyes have won a season-high six straight games to improve to 18-7-1, while the Wildcats fall to 11-17.

    COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team claimed a series sweep over Bethune-Cookman with a 13-5 victory Sunday afternoon at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. With the win, the Buckeyes extend their season-high win streak to seven-consecutive games and improve to 19-7-1 overall, while the Wildcats drop to 11-18. Ohio State defended its home turf to begin 2016, going 10-1 in the first 11 contests in Columbus.
