  2. Consider registering! Fewer and higher quality ads, no emails you don't want, access to all the forums, download game torrents, private messages, polls, Sportsbook, etc. Even if you just want to lurk, there are a lot of good reasons to register!

    Thought this was an interesting site. Useful any time you come across a news website that requires you register (not subscribe), by providing dummy access accounts so you don't have to provide personal info. Found in a article.

    I'm obviously doing something wrong when I try to use this program. When I try to login in to the LA Times it takes me to a screen that says try another login or create another account. I tried both options. When I try another login it just seems to cycle through all the different logins that other people have tried. Nothing works. When I try to add another account, I get the same result. Apparently I'm doing something wrong.

    For any site that makes you register, I usually just set up a dummy account with a name like Jim Morrison, or Jimmy Hoffa, etc. Never give out your name and address if you value your privacy...
