C Ibrahima Diallo (transfer to San Jose St., transfer to UCF)

This is a tough decision. Based on the video of him I would probably pass because he seems incredibly raw at this stage. His combination of physical measurements and fluid athletic ability is incredibly tempting.

Between watching Roderick and having Diallo visit, it seems like we will take one more. That could be dependent on a transfer (known or unknown).

Definitely a strong concentration of African immigrants in Columbus. Where I live it's like 90% African immigrants.

So which African nation do you originate from?
Not to make light of this subject but just because a person is from Africa does not mean that they get along with other people from possibly a different country in Africa. I know this from being around an environment where many people from different countries in Africa worked.

Absolutely true. I think the original point was that Columbus has a decent-sized Senegalese population, something that I personally can't attest to, just that I do live somewhere with a lot of African immigrants.

Honestly, I don't think it will be a major factor in Diallo's decision, unless he has some extended family here or something.

maybe the program is still looking over diallo's transcripts.
i'd expect that this is still the case. spitballing here, but my guess is osu offered because they're compelled to. diallo looks to be making a decision rather soon. either osu spends more time dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's before offering, which risks losing diallo, or they offer despite the continued due diligence. wouldn't be surprised if the program stated that the offer is contingent on everything checking out.
