Jaiden Woodbey (DB Florida State, transfer to Boston College)

Some kids can handle Social media some can't... its the same with adults .. taking a step back for a while is a good thing... I wish the kid the best no matter what he decides.

It's the stuff from last night that he's since deleted from his account that got a bunch of people worked up.

CliffsNotes: posted "Well" with a GPS tag in Oklahoma, USA. Then said he's in California, meaning he had to actively change the tweet location on the initial tweet. Then immediately posted something saying "Everyone just needs to stop... seriously, stop it."

Insert my common thoughts w/ OOS early recruit studs under Urban: (Really hope he sticks. tOSU will be fine regardless. But it's good for both parties if he signs. Carry on.)
Agreed.
In the end, I think he remains a Buckeye. But at times, we still have to remember how smart 17yo boys are, and how social media can be used by them. Any elite recruit knows he can push buttons with the send of a tweet. I hope Jaiden visits all the schools he wants, and trolls all he wants. But realizes in the end, it won't fly when he signs and becomes a Buckeye. I believe Tate Martell did the same shenanigans last year, but knew he couldn't when he got to Columbus, and we haven't heard a peep since

VERBAL COMMIT
Ohio State

If things fall the right way for Ohio State out West, the Buckeyes could be in a for a huge haul of talent in the 2018 class. Four-star defensive back Jaiden Woodbey is already committed. Coach Urban Meyer and his staff are heavily pursuing St. Brown, Taylor-Stuart, Tuliaupupu, 2019 four-star DB Chris Steele and others in the region. Last recruiting cycle, the Buckeyes went to Las Vegas Bishop Gorman and landed some serious talent. California could be ripe for the Big Ten powerhouse this time around.
