2020 CA RB Kendall Milton (Georgia Verbal)

Ohio State did a really good job laying out their plan for Milton, presumably on and off the field, and they are in a solid position for him to join the class.

To me, it seems like a matter of how persuaded the Milton family will be by the things that will be offered during their trip to LSU, Georgia and Bama that Ohio State won’t be able to match.

If they aren’t interested or don’t feel obligated to make a decision based on that type of persuasion, Ohio State should be all set here.
I hate that the SEC tour is after OSU.. Especially UGA.

I like that the other visits are to honor promises. Whatever happens, there are a lot worse ways to handle a recruitment than how Kendall has.

What I don’t like about this situation (not that it doesn’t happen all the time) is that OSU impressed on multiple fronts, including life off the field. That gets mentioned and now UGA, LSU and Bama can all try to pretend that they care about Kendall outside of the world of football, also.

Writers/contributors from sites shouldn’t be making tweets like this imho

Agreed.

Although when I read the first tweet that Ohio State/Ryan Day crushed the visit but they will still do the other visits because they promised other schools, that’s kinda how I took it as well. Difference being, I don’t try to be a recruiting expert and don’t have a Twitter account.

Seems like LSU is in everyone’s top list that comes out. How are they set at RB comparatively?

They brought in John Emery last year, 5* kid, could make his way to starting later in the year. Tyrion Davis is another true freshman who will be in the rotation for them also, solid 4* kid, so any recruits walk into a young and talented stable there.Hard to imagine anyone in the next few years will unseat Emery.

What I'm hearing as well. Dawg boards are excited for Mr. Milton's visit, but his interest has in us has cooled a bit. We'll see what happens but we've clearly pivoted our attention to Evans whose mom looooooves the staff.

If I had $50.00 to bet on his commitment, I'd put $25 on Oklahoma, $20 on Ohio State and then $5 on the field

Can I have the $25 you’re throwing away instead?
