Wide Receiver
Corona, CA
Centennial HS
Ht:5'9"
Wt:175 lbs
40:4.6 secs

I know there are a lot of intangibles to consider; however, they are both rated a 4 STAR (yeah, Lindsey is a little higher rated overall which could easily be contributed to the HS team he was on and/or more "national exposure") but "bigger and faster" is usually better.....

6' 5" > 5' 9'
205 lbs > 175 lbs
4.52 sec < 4.6 sec.
and Harris (who probably now has a chip on his shoulder) really wants to be a BUCKEYE.

Hey, it would have been great to get both of them, but apparently that's not going to happen.

I'm really happy getting Jaylen Harris in lieu of Tyjon Lindsay.

:oh:....:io:

More than anything I am very surprised the future QB situation and Wilson hire didn't make an impact. I'd be doing backflips.

The large alumni base, a proven 3x NC head coach, putting players in the league.....all legit selling points. But if he's all about the showcasing of talent, wouldnt the QB room and especially the Wilson hire cause you to consider what you are walking away from?

He's the next Pierson-El, which means he's going to be featured on a lot of jet sweeps and reverses, though not necessarily lined up in the backfield. Nebraska also uses a lot of 12 personnel while OSU almost always features three receivers. They rotate through six like OSU does, so I can't put a lot of stock into the scheme argument. Lindsey seems like he could feature best at PR, but even there he's behind Pierson-El.
