Tyjon Lindsey (WR Nebraska Cornhuskers, transfer to Oregon St.)

More than anything I am very surprised the future QB situation and Wilson hire didn't make an impact. I'd be doing backflips.

The large alumni base, a proven 3x NC head coach, putting players in the league.....all legit selling points. But if he's all about the showcasing of talent, wouldnt the QB room and especially the Wilson hire cause you to consider what you are walking away from?
Bingo! I'm very surprised he'd still choose Nebraska after looking in their QB room compared to OsU's. Much more talent in Columbus and the new offensive scheme would work well to his skills. But in the end, I wish young Tyjon the best. He just made the most important decision of his life and he has to live with it. But he shouldn't be surprised if in 3-4yrs he never makes a trip to Indy, let alone a NYE6 bowl...

Dude looks like he should be a coach at PSU in the JoePa regime. That is one creepy ass smile, like "you headin' to the showers " type of smile.

Believe he said it all, when he said that he'd be a situational WR at tOSU, but a featured WR at Nebraska. With the WR talent tOSU is bringing in, it makes sense to me that he'd rather play for the Huskers than ride the pine for tOSU. He'll get to run back punts/kick offs there as well I'd bet. Ultimately I echo the posters above and wish him well, Tyjon we hardly knew thee. We wish you well all but one game each year. Go Bucks

Curtis Samuel was a situational player at tOSU when he was behind Ezekiel Elliott, Devin Smith, Michael Thomas, Braxton Miller, and Jalin Marshall (all currently starring in the NFL). But then in year three, Samuel emerged as a featured player and earned All American honors and his own ticket to the NFL. Funny how thing like that work out.

I don't blame Lindsay at all really because he's right he wouldn't be on the field as much at osu as he will be at Nebraska.

I will say we rotated players this year for a reason. IMO it wasn't because we wanted to give everyone a go it was because we honestly were searching for anyone that could step up.

I do hope we start to settle on a constant 2-3 players though because we will have a hard time grabbing those elite players in the future if we have a tendency to play many kids.

I want the to settle on 3 so they can build a relationship with the QB and get on the same page all the time. So whoever is QB they can cut it loose.Throw before the break at the championship level covered is open.

This thread is as useless as ---- on a boar.

I've done moved on.
Thank you! Not sure why there are still so many posts about him or how he'd be used in ours or Nebraska's offense. He made his decision. Let's not be the sour grapes fans and just move on. Who cares how we WOULD'VE used him or where he Would've been drafted as a Buckeye. It is what it is! Happy to have Harris and Grimes. Ecstatic even
