skins...no offense...but you only got what you got because she didnt fight it.....you should be thankful for that....she was smart enough to do what is right....if she had opted to fight...you wouldnt be where you are....

on a side note: is she still involved with your child?
No offense taken DiHard. You're right without a doubt. Her only concern was getting out of the marriage and getting with her sugar daddy as quickly as possible. I'm very thankful that things worked out the way they did. It just made me feel good not only to have my son but also to extract a little cash from her for him in the process.

To answer your question about her involvement with him. To a very small degree she is/was. If the truth were known I think the only reason for it is she's going through the motions. He has very little use for her and over the years has seen through her charade.

Thanks for the kind words D. I couldn't agree with you more regarding the committment and hard work. But I wouldn't have had it any other way. I will always remember and cherish the times we shared together both the good and bad.

i have a saying i use for my friends that arent parents yet and ask that "whats being a parent like" question...it actually makes a little sense to them....if you know what i mean....

"my absolute worst day that i have spent with my son....teething...ear infection...whatever....that day is far better than the best day i had ever had before he came into my life..."

I know exactly what you mean and I think in the long run it made a better person of me.
