Another thing that bothered me today watching Jim Rome is Burning, is that Jim even agreed with Carson and said he is glad he said it. Sounding like he feels the same way about tOSU and Tressel, but last week he had Tressel on his show and talked about only good things about tOSU. Screw JIM ROME and CARSON (I've never won shit) Palmer.

Jim Rome is, well, Jim Rome. Once a tool, always a tool.

I'm a Cowboys fan but I root for the Ohio teams most of the time as long as they aren't playing Dallas. Safe to say I know who I'll be pulling for when the Browns and Bengals play, not to mention hoping Demarcus Ware sacks Palmer's ass about a half dozen times when they play the Boys.

Fuck Palmer.

Jim Rome is the lowest of the low when it comes to "sports journalism". I wish somebody would go on his show and knock him on his ass like Jim Everett did 15 years ago...

Bengals' Palmer: 'I Cannot Stand The Buckeyes'

COLUMBUS, Ohio ? Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer said in a radio interview last week that he is sick of Ohio State fans and cannot stand the Buckeyes.

Palmer, who won the Heisman Trophy at Southern Cal, was on KLAC radio in Los Angeles last week, discussed how badly he wants to see the Buckeyes fall when they play at USC on Sept. 13.

"I cannot stand the Buckeyes," Palmer said. "Having to live in Ohio and hear those people talk about their team, it drives me absolutely nuts ? It's amazing to hear what those guys think of that university and what they think about that football program and (Jim) Tressel, and all the crap I gotta put up with being back there."

Palmer added that he can't wait for USC to visit Ohio State next year.
"Hopefully we'll have a home game that weekend and I can watch us pound on them on their own turf, and put all the talk to rest," Palmer said. "I'm really getting sick of it, and I can't wait for this game to get here, so they can come out to the Coliseum and experience L.A. and get an old fashioned Pac-10 butt-whoopin' and go back to the Big Ten."

I just heard about this and well... FUCK PALMER!!!! I never liked him anyways and I'm still an advocate that Larry Johnson should have won the Heisman instead of douche-magloosh Palmer!!

2002 Stats:

Palmer - 309 of 489 passes for 3942 yards and 33 TD's to 10 INT's
Johnson - 271 carries for 2,087 yards, 7.7 yards per carry and 20 TD's

Oh btw...

Larry also broke the PSU single game rushing record 3 times in 2002 (his own record twice) and...
Larry's 7.7 ypc was the highest of any 2,000 yard runner in the history of the D1A football.

And our D held him to 66 rushing yards(season low) and just over 4 ypc. More proof of how great that DL was.

Anyone who lives in Cincinnati knows that the Bungles are on the short list of NFL teams that have negative perception issues... with their own city and fans. It's good to see Carson is keeping the tradition alive.

What he doesn't realize is that he is bad-mouthing a college team that could probably beat his pro team.

I'm serious, I watch both teams each week. Most Sundays, I kick myself in the nuts because I realize that I can't get those 3 hours back...
