If you get raped in Cleveland you don't go all the way back to Arizona before you report it. If you're going to fake a rape at least accuse a player that makes a lot of money. Money grubbing whore. She's probably a whale that Jones used as a slump buster. Now she feels dirty.

fellas.. way I read it.. she filed in Cleveland... just happens to live in Arizona... same stuff was said about Kobe.. how innocent he was... so we'll see if this one gains legs or disappears quickly... but no cookie is so flat it doesn't have two sides

Reads like the "local police" were in AZ gathering the evidence.

As to the cookie, as cops have told me: There is one side, there is the other and somewhere in the middle is the truth.

This has/was always a laughible charge (though on second thought can rape ever be laughible). D.J. has a girl (mother of his kid) in the WNBA who would kick his ass if the charge was true.

The difference is, Kobe actually did rape her (when someone says a hole is off limits it means don't go there).

Cavaliers guard Damon Jones won't be charged in the investigation of an Arizona woman's claim that he committed a sexual offense against her. "Barring any new information, our investigation is closed with no charges," Westlake police Capt. Guy Turner said Wednesday. The 23-year-old woman, who was visiting Cleveland, filed a complaint against Jones when she returned to Chandler, Ariz., alleging an offense was committed March 3.
