CB Armani Reeves (National Champion)

11Warriors is reporting (via twitter) that Brady Joke will visit Armani Reeves today and Coach Meyer will be out to see him Monday. The tweet also says they think it is an OSU/TSUN battle, with no mention of PSU. I'd link but I'm on my iPad.

Why is Hoke wasting his time?

Life changing decisions require as much information as you can get... I would much rather have recruits weigh all their options and then choose a school rather than just making a knee jerk decision and regretting it later.

The Ozone quotes Reeves HS AD as saying that Reeves' decision is slower than Williams decision because Reeves is playing HS basketball:

I feel better knowing this piece of background.

I remember in a previous article, it was said that Mass. HS rules say an athlete can't miss more than 2 basketball games for another sport or he's ineligible. And Reeves missed 2 to participate in the All American Game.

Seems kind of silly that they'd count official visits as participating in another sport, but that is what was implied. That he couldn't miss any more bball games due to recruiting or anything else related to football.

So he has to be really careful about scheduling stuff, which does somewhat explain why it is taking him longer to finish his visits and make his final decision.
