Detroit does have a lineup that has the potential to completely neutralize Garnett. There's a missing persons report on Ray Allen and, if I'm a Detroit fan, I like my chances with Prince chasing Pierce around.

That being said, the C's won the season series, beating the Pistons at home on March 5 and in Detroit on Jan. 5. They lost at home to Detroit on Dec. 19.

Should be a good series.

[frawd] ?noun

1.deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

2.a particular instance of such deceit or trickery: mail fraud; election frauds.

3.any deception, trickery, or humbug: That diet book is a fraud and a waste of time.

4.a person who makes deceitful pretenses; sham; poseur.

Just because they fooled you, doesn't mean that's what they were trying to do.

Just said this is why people are saying that...There are legit reasons behind people saying they are a fraud...They haven't lost yet so it is possible for them to turn it around, but if they play like they have been there are many that believe they are a fraud and won't win the championship...

I haven't watched any game , I just think it's funny when people say that the winning team is a fraud after they just won two series.

The Celts still won, no matter what the other teams did or didn't do. They are they ones who dug deep enough to win hard games
Ok, without being rude BB, you do admit you didn't watch any of the games.. fraud is a strong word, however flip a coin and the cavs could have advanced.. pick game 1, 5, or 7. I think thats the point that some are over exaggerating.

I'm a cavs fan - the cavs suck. I would like to see KG win a championship though..

LeBron can't save Cavs despite memorable Game 7

BOSTON ? Unable to carry the Cleveland Cavaliers to a win, LeBron James will have to settle for a memorable performance in a loss.
James scored 45 points on 14-of-29 shooting in the Cavaliers' 97-92 loss to the Boston Celtics in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Sunday. His teammates mustered very little, including Wally Szczerbiak, who was scoreless, but James didn't blame anyone.
"We just tried to put ourselves in a position where we could try to get back in and we did, we just didn't come through," James said. "I'm not disappointed in any of my teammates or in any of my coaching staff."
James' effort in Game 7 was overshadowed by Paul Pierce, who scored 41 points and matched him shot for shot. The battle was reminiscent of the 1988 duel between Larry Bird and Dominique Wilkins, who combined for 81 points during Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals in which Boston beat Atlanta 4-3.

Pierce scores 41 to lead Celtics to Eastern finals

By HOWARD ULMAN
AP Sports Writer
BOSTON ? Paul Pierce returned home and made sure the Celtics would play there again. Boston's captain scored 41 points ? and still lost a shootout with LeBron James with 45 ? but led the team with the NBA's best regular season record to a 97-92 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
The conference finals begin Tuesday night against the Detroit Pistons in the same arena where the Celtics have won 14 straight games and are 8-0 in the postseason.
"Before the year our goal was to be there in Game 1 at home and that's where we are," Boston coach Doc Rivers said. "So we're exactly where we should be."
Home teams are 22-2 in the second round of this season's playoffs. But the Celtics are 0-6 on the road in the postseason after Friday night's 74-69 loss in Cleveland. On Sunday, they never trailed but they never were safe until the final seconds.
