So due to rain out last night this bet was cancelled and I didn't even they were playing already today.

Pirates starter just got his 5th K in the 10th AB.

My god it's hard to believe how bad these guys are.

Interesting in game management from Bell there.

This poor bastard Overton was lucky to be leading 2-1 after 5. He had been hit hard but got some at 'em balls and favorable strike calls. So you had the feel good story of this journeyman being in line for his first W if the pen could make a 1 run lead stick.

Bell says "fuck all that" and leaves him out there to go through the top of their order for the third time and he promptly lets them tie it up. THEN Bell goes to the pen and they get out of it.

Bell also has his best, and only, hitter in the 5th spot in the lineup.

There isn't enough talent on hand for the manager to really make a difference but what he can fuck up, he does. At a pretty impressive clip. Like most things with the Reds, his last name keeps him employed.

Ump missed back-to-back pitches that were strikes and Gamel completely fucks that ball down the line and the Reds lead! All it takes is an emergency catcher who can’t frame shit, a blind af ump, and a butcher in right field!

To be fair…..the bullpen is such a donkey show, I don’t know that Bell can make a “right” move these days.

That being said, I’d still rather have the donkey managing.

I hear you. I turned off my auto-fade bets on the Reds for this series. Just had a feeling.

When they face Milwaukee, Toronto and SF here soon, I will have my all-in auto-fade setting ON.
