If this is true and he has not failed a drug test,, good old Roger is certainly not helping him changing his way of life in a positive direction.

I don't know for sure other than assuming that he is constantly being tested and the fact that there haven't been any reports of him failing tests (which I am positive there would be, if he did.) We would see it on ESPN (if anyone checks there,) TMZ, PFT, in the NY Times, on ABC mouse, etc...

Seems like a reasonable assumption.

Eh, the NFL's "discipline" is a joke and wildly inconsistent. But here's what I know, and I feel it's pretty close to fact because he's proven it multiple times-- Josh Gordon would end up suspended again within three months of reinstatement because he's a fucking dumbass. He will never play another down in the nfl and it's his own damn fault. He's a unicorn that swooped down for one magical season, then disappeared.

One of the bigger wastes of raw talent in sports history.

What he did in 2013, with Brandon Weeden and Jason Cambell throwing to him and no running game is one of the great individual seasons in football history. And he was 22 years old. If he had half a brain, he might be the best WR in the game right now. He showed flashes of Megatron talent, unfortunately he's a total half-wit.

The guy knows the rules. The rule may be stupid, but it's still the rule. So if he has no interest in following them repeatedly...this is what happens. Lots of people can't smoke weed and keep their jobs.

My point was more along the lines of guys have gotten shorter suspensions for things like domestic violence, which seems like a worse offense than smoking weed.

Oh I agree. But then he's violated the same rule how many times...it's one of those things where if he wanted to play enough to be good, he'd be back...but of course if he wanted that, he'd put down the tree.
