I will put this 50% on LeBron and 50% on Gilbert... could go either way but if he would have signed long term deals instead of htis maxing out 2 year contracts things would have been different. He forced them into bad trades/deals for his buddies. Gilbert catered to his ever whim until he left then made a stupid post and since then he's been doing stupid shit... both getting what they deserve.

To recap:

Cavs lose: Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Channing Frye, Derek Rose, Iman Shumpert, Dwyane Wade, their own 1st round pick.

Cavs get: Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance, Jr., Rodney Hood, George Hill, 2nd round pick.

Got rid of two or three cancers, one really good guy (Frye), and a pretty meaningless pick.

Got a lot younger and more athletic, and probably a lot better as well. It will be interesting to see how well this team can gel going forward.

EDIT: Shump apparently going to Sacramento as well; D-Wade to Miami for a 2nd round pick.

So... Clarkson, Nance, Hill and Hood... for Crowder, Rose, Thomas, Frye and a first round pick... so we turned Kryie into Clarkson, Nance, Hill and Hood and Brooklyn's first rounder pick...

Lebron is LeGone.. building for the future.

The Brooklyn pick would have to be swapped now, can't be traded straight up.

Well a almost whole roster turnover in February is sure an interesting move. I like it though, get younger, get rid of some cancer and steer away from the train wreck that was going on.
