Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

Don't know how Bielein apparently had no idea that being a head coach in the NBA is at least 70% managing people. Every coach in the NBA can draw up an out of bounds play and watch film and point out mistakes. That's a pretty small part of the job.

It’s actually managing talent. Beilein didn’t have any on the team so he was left to focus on the other 30%.

Beilein is one hell of a coach. Him jumping ship this quickly is a huge red flag for the culture among the players on the Cavs roster. It seems like many of them are resigned to losing and don't want a coach who tries to get the best out of them. With the attitude of some of these players and lack of star talent, it is going to be 5+ years before the Cavs make the playoffs again.
