Cavs desperately need a superstar strength coach... if this team added a huge amount of physical strength, it could be dramatically more dangerous and effective

Haven't watched much NBA since the championship year but I can get behind a team that plays hard D like I watched last night. Way different look than the best Cavs teams but I like it. Got decent bench depth and role players too. Just need the experience and a real leader to show up.
