Jeff Hafley (DC Green Bay Packers)

The screenshot was before the Rutgers was completed. Updated stats from the NCAA Statistics site:

Points/Game: 9.8 (#1)
Rush Yds/Game: 90.4 (#6)
Pass Yds/Game: 126.0 (#1)
Total Yds/Game: 216.4 (#1)
Yds per Play: 3.52 (#1)

We remain #1 in the same four categories, and if I'm not mistaken we moved up a couple spots in rush defense ranking although the yards/game increased slightly (+2.2 ypg).

Or a future head coach at another school......:smash:

Boston College is rumored to be sniffing around.....
Now that its pursuit of Greg Schiano is likely dead, Rutgers may have its eyes set on one of his former assistants.

Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, a Montvale native who worked for Schiano at Rutgers and with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has emerged as one of the names atop the Scarlet Knights’ list as their coaching search begins anew, several individuals with knowledge of the process told NJ Advance Media.

He can do better.

Definitely. Take another year (or 10) with a new unit, impress even more by coaching up the young Bucks, and you'll have big programs and NFL teams reaching out.
Wade will probably be told to come back (and be the guy) by NFL types, meaning Hafley will get credit for two consecutive years with elite DBs (not counting wherever Arnette/Fuller go).

Behind them, Banks has the making of a Bell/Conley level talent (maybe better), and the incoming class is pretty good.
