Coming Soon (New Movies)

dont know the book but Alex Garland is attached i'll watch it.
Absolutely one of the most unique trilogies you could read, each book is a totally different genre, about a strange ecological phenomenon somewhere along the Atlantic coast. I knew it might make for a good movie but would need someone with the right vision for it, so Alex Garland is really interesting. I've been a big fan ever since I read "The Beach" in college.

saw the movie, then read the book, I was blown away by the book. Wished he would write more, I've read his 3 or 4 books. He did write the screenplay for 28 days later (awesome) and Ex Machina was damn good too... if this is a winner, judging by the cast its got a chance, he'll be right up there with Chris Nolan, for - idgaf I'm watching the movie because he's directing.

First the Dark Tower and then a (hopefully) better version of IT? Yes, please!

Read the (behemoth) of a book when I was 17. That made the TV movie look campy and funny by comparison. A book actually scared me.

If this is closer to the original source material....? Then fuck that, I'll pass.

I'm an adult and I can say I would be afraid to see this movie.

I was about the same age when I read it.....I remember walking down to 7/11 late one night for something.........every sewer drain got an unnecessarily wide berth.
