Commercials that make me wanna......

not buy the advertised product!!!!

i have 2 off the top of my head right now.

Papa Johns- that papa johns guy (John Schnatter) is so weird and actually makes me wanna not buy their pizza. Especially in that meatball pizza commercial, his little throat-popping "we added a little ZING in the sauce". (watch the commercial, you'll know what i mean.)


Quizno's- I swear, if i see that little "Bob" baby again im going to puke. if theres something that freaks me out more than talking animals, it's definitely talking babies. Man-talking babies at that.



How about you guys, any commercials that actually hurt the company's chances of your business?

That stupid Burger King Tendercrisp Chicken Bacon Cheddar Ranch commercial with the dude from Hootie and the Blowfish playing guitar in a cowboy getup.

That commercial is a testament to the lack of arts education in this country... who thinks this girl can sing? Ok, that's all I've heard of her... but I'm thankful for that.

There used to be one out for a floor cleaner with a conversation between a voiceover and someone sitting on the ground... "How long did it take you to install this beautiful tile floor?" "Three weeks!!!" "But now you can clean it in half the time..." Goody, I get to spend a week and a half on my kitchen floor! Fun!

I've never seen that one, but it truly is a brilliant act of stupidity, for the ad agency that did it and the company that used it.

Too true! The first time i saw it, I thought it was a parody or something, and she was being that bland-sounding on purpose.
It's amazing how many truly talented people there are in the world who don't even get a shot and how many utterly talentless people make it big. Just a testament to the lack of taste in this country, I guess.

You'd be able to avoid that crap anyway, with the options of Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra.

I've successfully avoided them all so far, knock on wood. Ouch, that hurt, why did I hit myself there!

Agree with you on this one. I will not go to BK again until they stop these commercials.

How about the "can't taste my beer commercials".

No it's called "King Capital". I hate that fucking commercial, the slogan is "your the king at King capital.....880-KING". It's on every morning when I watch the news. See, now look what you've done, you've got that damn slogan stuck in my head now.

The other one I hate is for "King Coil", wow what a generic commercial. They have some old washed up lady sitting on a mattress, it drives me nuts.
