Actually could happen anywhere. Front wheels were pulled hard left, back right tire hung up on the other car and they were probably accelerating hard. Looks like a little lip on the shoulder before the retaining wall may have helped.

One of the great wrongs of the world is that the dumbest assholes tend to have incredible (i.e., shrugs off being tased 10 times) random toughness. I guess it's just an inevitability of evolution though since their forbears were likely also dumb assholes yet still managed to survive and reproduce.
