Zurp

I have misplaced my pants.
Edit:
Never mind. This mini-project of mine has to be scrapped. The customer has their own ideas, and this isn't practical, anymore.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know if this deserves its own thread, or where to put this question.
Anyway, let me present the situation and how we've done things in the past, and what I'd like to have in the future, and maybe someone here can help. If not, I'm no worse for the effort.

I have 8-15 field technicians (depending on the workload) reporting data back to me. I don't want to get into it too much, but minimal data at each location is required. This data takes about 10 columns in a spreadsheet, including the date.

The guys write the data down on a piece of paper, and get me the data in one of several ways:
1. They walk into my office and read it off while I type it into my spreadsheet.
2. They email me all of the data in the body of an email.
3. They use the same spreadsheet I send them, enter the data, save it, and email it back to me.

The problem with #1 is that only 2 of the guys actually work out of my office. The rest work from home or from offices in other states (or both).
The problem with #2 and #3 is that my email inbox gets full of this data pretty quickly. Since I'm busy doing other stuff, I can't enter this data right now.

What I want is an app that the guys can put on their phones that prompts them for all of the information, and when they hit "submit" it zurps it to a spreadsheet somewhere, and I can access this spreadsheet and copy/paste it into my spreadsheet once a day. And maybe our customer can also access it. And, if possible, it would be pretty awesome if it sends me an email once a day with the new data.

Does anyone know of such a magical thing?

Thanks

You can share spreadsheets through google docs as a thought. Have a master spreadsheet with a page for each field technician that they can update. I am not sure if you cold do that with Microsoft 360?

That was an idea someone had a couple of years ago. It looked like it would be great, and then we found out that Google owns the data, in that case. We weren't sure our customer would be too happy with that idea.
