No, I believe that Wade is "rolling the dice" and hopes to be a 1st round pick in 2021 in lieu of a 2nd or 3rd round pick that he would likely be in 2020. He definitely has the potential to have an "Okudah shutdown corner" type of year in 2020. Jeffery Okudah is projected to go in the top five (maybe 3rd) this year, last year the #5 guy (Devin White) got $29,315.814 over 4 years. I think Wade's decision is all about the money; however, Coombs quite possibly will make him a better CB in 2020 than Hafley would have, which is just "icing on the cake".
