Gamble was so fun to watch for so many reasons, but he had his deficiencies. Clements was allowed to play freely, and thus made many big plays-both great and disastrous. And the infamous ass-whoopin Clements took in the tsun game automatically disqualifies him from the upper-tier.

There have been quite a few guys who I'd bring into the discussion with Ward. Maybe it's because we are only a month or so removed from seeing him be somewhat less than overwhelming.

Time will tell, just too soon imo.

I don't believe he's graded any worse than great in any game this year.

DENZEL WARD WAS OHIO STATE'S DEFENSIVE MVP AGAINST MICHIGAN

Denzel Ward is viewed as one, if not the top NFL cornerback prospect in the nation, and he showed why in what was likely his final regular-season game.

The lockdown cornerback was lockdown once again on Saturday, leading the Buckeyes with two pass breakups, making things even more difficult for a Michigan passing offense that was already struggling behind quarterback John O'Korn.

To top it all off, Ward made a huge special teams play as well, coming off the edge to block a Michigan extra point on the Wolverines' final touchdown.

MVP of the entire team for the season IMO.
