By The Bank...says OSU has always been one of his favorites and will be visiting this weekend. Friends with Travis Howard and hopes to prove to the OSU staff he is the kind of person they want in the program. Also being recruited by Miami (FL) at this early stage.

Was he at Ransom Everglades HS previously? If so, the video below is from his sophomore year. If not, it is of another player from the same year with the same name and measurables...

Thats correct Redhawk......he transferred. Found this quote in the article listed below:

"There are also Class of 2011 standouts such as Dillard linebacker Wayne Lyons and linebacker Jeremy Cash, who played at Ransom Everglades last year, but makes the move to Plantation this spring."

Traded some texts with Nevada and he allowed us to summarize this...

Jeremy showed up to Columbus in a suit and tie emphasizing that this is a "business trip".

He backed it up last night by not going out on the town so he could be at his best today.

So far, Nevada says Cash is dominating the camp and he and Christian Bryant have been pushing one another all session.

Isn't that area dominated by the 3 Florida schools? Any time you can get an in-road in there, go for it. It's awfully impressive for a FL kid to come up to camp here, show up in a suit and be focused. That's the kinda kid the staff wants, the type that loves football and they can trust off the field. And from the sound of it, if he's on Bryant's level, that's good enough for me.

He has the potential to leave Bryant in the dust, and that's no sleight to him.

He's a special talent halfway through high school.

Great work by the staff jumping on this one early. They catch a lot of flak from recruitniks about the established kids, but they do a tremendous job identifying and recruiting kids very early in the process, often through camp.

so in your opinion Ohio State has a legitimate chance here?

I think his actions speak plenty on that, IMO. You don't drive up from FL and show up in a suit for camp if you don't seriously want to impress the staff.

No doubt. I also think it's pretty cool/impressive, he seems like a great kid with skills to burn.
